The attack of the Godless
The attack of the Godless
On the 20th of May 2010 the Godless launched an attack on the Ummah using disgousting methods with the protection of the laws of freedom of speech.
The so called “Draw Muhammad (sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam) day was started and it is intended that it will become a yearly tradition in honor of freedom of speech and atheism.
Not only the Ummah has been attacked by the atheists, on June 4th the atheist in Finland, under “Free thinkers” organisation released an attack on all religions when they would exchange Holy Scriptures for pornographic magazines. This has also been done previously in the state of Texas where the “Atheist agenda” organisation performed an identical stunt.
The biggest issue is not the persons nor the organisations behind these events, it is the laws of the countries where they are allowed to do this. Usa is a so called secular state where the state and church are divided, even though religion plays a large part in society and in even politics, but in Finland the church and state are not divided, the state religion is Christian Lutheranism and anyone who is part of the Lutheran church has to pay a certain percentage of their income in taxes to the church (around 1%).
The situation in Usa is kind of understandable since it is a secular state, but what I am going to discuss is the situation in Finland.
Since Finland has a statechurch and the christians pay extra taxes in order to maintain the church and religions festivities one would imagine that their rights would be respected and protected.
When a person is a citizen of a state and pays taxes to this state, it is expected that they are protected by the state, through laws and different agencys, such as police and firedepartement.
Likewise, the Christians should have their religious rights protected by the state, this would mean that any offensive material, organisations or events that would be directed towards the Christian community would be banned and forbidden by law and stopped by reasonable force if needed.
The laws about freedom of speech should be sincerely re-checked by the countries in which they exist. Ofcourse a person should have the right to speak their mind and speak against oppressive rulers etc. but there has to be conditions for these laws, only chaos follows when man is allowed to do whatever he pleases. Some laws are in place that would restrict the freedom of speech, such as sexual harrasment laws, laws about illegal threats and then also the laws that forbidd questioning any part of the Holocaust, that exist in many countries. Sadly this is not enough, laws should be introduced that remove the right from people to freely insult individuals or groups of people, be it because of culture, religion or ethnicity.
One way the Muslims explain the need for these laws to the atheists is usually the “well im sure that you would not appreciate if someone would call your mother a whore?” which usually is followed by a reply “Well it is his right to call her one”. This tells alot about what kind of people you are dealing with, something that we have to understand is that the atheists do not hold the same moral values as we do, not even the people of other religions do, so how could we expect that any moral arguments would work with them?
In the end I would like to voice my concern over the latest decisions by the courts in Pakistan and Bangladesh that unblocked the social networking site facebook.
The website was blocked in these countries because of the “Draw Muhammad (Sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam)” day, and it was unblocked after facebook ensured that users from these countries would not have access to the offensive material, this is something that I can not understand, do the courts not understand that just because the users in Pakistan and Bangladesh dont have the access to the material that it does not exist? It is like being in a house and you are seeing people getting killed in one of the rooms, you want to leave, but one of the owners of the house tells you to calm down and sit, they will close the door. There you sit smiling becasue the killing is gone, sipping away on your juice.
No.
You still know that people are getting killed in the room and you could not tolerate it. But this is what the courts do, they only closed the door to the problem and sit there smiling.
Because of this incident Mufti Taqi Usmani and Mufti Ebrahim Desai both passed fatwas on that Muslims should boycott facebook and not support a website that on purpose allows this kind of filth to remain.

In the end I would like to remind people of all faiths that the Godless are the real enemy, they want to insult us and everything that is Holy to us in any way they can, in situations as these we should not be happy that they temporarily are attacking another faith, because your religion will get its turn too.
